Strength & Conditioning improves speed in running, performance in sport and increases lean muscle, without bulk. Strong muscles protect your joints and bones reducing the risk of injury. Your body will burn more calories at rest and you will also improve your posture. I work with running clubs, gymnastics clubs and a wide range of age groups from teenagers to older adults. This class consists of slow and controlled exercises to reduce your body fat, increase lean muscle, without bulk and we always put a lot of focus on your core. Be stronger in running, sport, life and yourself physically and mentally. We use weights, resistance bands, body weight, mats and a positive outlook.
A full body strength plan with relaxation and deep stretch at the end. Class plans change every 6 weeks.
VENUES: Studio upstairs at Tesco S.C., Market Green, Midleton and Aghada Community Hall, Aghada, Midleton, Co. Cork.
