Kettlebell strength training is a full body strength and conditioning workout. A great way to reduce body fat, increase muscle tone without bulking up. It's fun and varied and never boring as we change class plans every 6 weeks. It is very effective as you are using many muscle groups at one time with maximum results to achieve a lean athletic look.
