30 Minute Kettlebells and 30 Minute Boxing. A combination of Cardio and Strength training for maximum calories burned during and after the class for greater fat loss (an average of 800 calories worked off in an hour). 60 Minute Kettlebells is a full body workout. A great way to reduce body fat, increase muscle tone without bulking up. It's fun and varied and never boring. It is very effective as you are using many muscles at one time with maximum results for the tummy area.
